Terms of Use

These terms keep the shared road creative, kind, and safe enough for everyone to enjoy.

Effective date: July 14, 2026 · Last updated: July 14, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Draw a Ride at drawaride.com. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Who may use Draw a Ride

You must be able to agree to these Terms under the laws that apply to you. If you are under the age required to consent on your own, you may use Draw a Ride only with the permission and guidance of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a child’s use of the service.

3. The service

Draw a Ride lets visitors create a drawing, name it, publish it to a public community road, view community creations, and use available sharing or download features. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed as the service develops.

4. Your content

You retain any rights you have in drawings and names you submit (“Your Content”). You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the rights needed to submit it.

By publishing Your Content, you grant Draw a Ride a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, resize, display, and distribute Your Content solely as needed to operate, promote, and improve Draw a Ride. This license includes displaying the ride on the community road and in service-related previews. It ends when Your Content is removed from our active systems, except for reasonable technical backups, legal records, or copies others made while it was public.

5. Community rules

Please keep the road welcoming. You may not submit or use the service for content or activity that:

  • Is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, or graphically violent.
  • Targets, bullies, or exposes private information about another person.
  • Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  • Impersonates another person or falsely suggests affiliation or endorsement.
  • Contains malware, automated spam, or attempts to disrupt, overload, probe, or bypass the service.
  • Uses automated means to scrape, upload, or access the service without our permission.

Do not include real names, addresses, schools, phone numbers, email addresses, or other personal details in a ride drawing or name.

6. Moderation and removal

We may review reports and hide, remove, or restrict content or access when we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, poses a risk, interferes with the service, or is otherwise inappropriate for the community. We are not obligated to monitor every submission and cannot guarantee that all content will be reviewed before it appears.

You can report a visible ride from its Gallery card. If you created a ride on your current device and its private deletion key is still available, you can also delete it there. For other requests, email hello@drawaride.com with the ride name, a screenshot or link if available, and the reason for the report. Good-faith reports are appreciated; misuse of reporting channels may itself violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

Other than Your Content and other visitors’ content, the service—including its interface, visual design, text, software, and branding—is owned by or licensed to Draw a Ride and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant permission to use Draw a Ride’s name, branding, or service assets outside normal use of the website.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the road running, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage, or that every feature will always work on every device. Keep your own copy of anything you do not want to lose.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Draw a Ride and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, or profits arising from use of or inability to use the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as Draw a Ride changes. The revised Terms will be posted here with a new effective or last-updated date. Continuing to use the service after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

12. Contact

Questions, content reports, and removal requests can be sent to hello@drawaride.com.
